Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery（US ）
All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by a fraud detection service. If your order is deemed fraudulent/too risky to fulfill, the payment will be voided and all funds will be returned to the original method of payment.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Please note that during peak seasons, shipments may be slightly delayed.

Shipping is free on orders of $180 or more. Also note that the shipping cost for many items is the total amount of the order.

We currently support shipping to the United States. Our warehouses are located in the Eastern and Western United States. Most US locations will be delivered within 4-7 business days, some distant locations may take longer.

Note: When the US East and West warehouses are out of stock, inventory needs to be transferred from other warehouses, which requires an additional 3-5 business days of preparation time. Hope you can understand and thank you for your support.

These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within these time frames. For assistance with shipments beyond the above time frames, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Where we ship:
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to military APO/FPO/DPO is not currently available. We hope to offer these options soon.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via other warehouses, shipping time: depends on the country of delivery destination. Shipping is free for orders over $99 to these countries!
